Course Description

This 3-Module Mini Advanced Course gives an overview of two vitally important departments within every airline, namely Flight Operations, known as ‘flight ops’ and Ground Operations, ‘ground ops’. Both departments must work closely together to ensure operational safety on the ground and in the air, as well as maintaining operational efficiency to ensure the company’s financial well-being. The process of training airline pilots is also covered in one of the modules as well as an explanation of their professional responsibilities and likely salaries and benefits.
