Course Description

This 3-Module Mini Course gives an overview of two vitally important departments within every airline, namely Flight Operations, known as ‘flight ops’, and Ground Operations, ‘ground ops’. The process of training airline pilots is also covered as well as an explanation of their professional responsibilities and potential salaries and benefits.
